But some other mods are simply incompatible with 1.31 version of the game, as they require their code to be rewritten for new conditions - mods like Selectable Main Menu. Most of 1.30 mods will be auto-merged perfectly with Script Merger and won't require manual conflict resolution. Some 1.30 mods are incompatible with 1.31 version.
